Cancellation Policy
This Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs the cancellation of orders placed on the Mirana Global
Private Limited (“Mirana”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) platform, website, or any official sales channel
(collectively, the “Platform”) by customers (“you”, “your”) within India. By placing an order with
Mirana, you agree to the terms set out herein.
1. Cancellation Before Dispatch
• Customers may cancel their order in full any time before the product(s) have been dispatched for
delivery.
• To initiate cancellation, log in to your account on the Platform and access the “My Orders” or “My
Account” section.
• Once the cancellation is successfully processed, the refund will be initiated to the original method
of payment within 24–48 business hours.
• Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
2. Partial Order Cancellations
• Mirana does not permit partial cancellations (i.e., cancellation of individual products within a
multi-product order).
• In such cases, the entire order must be cancelled and, if desired, a fresh order can be placed
thereafter.
3. Cancellation After Dispatch / While in Transit
• Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched from Mirana’s warehouse.
• However, if you wish to cancel an order that is already in transit, the applicable refund will be
processed only after the product(s) have been received back and verified at our warehouse.
• Refunds for prepaid orders will be initiated within 3–5 business days of verification.
4. Post-Delivery Cancellations
• Once the order has been delivered, any request for return, replacement, or refund will be
governed solely by Mirana’s Return & Refund Policy.
• Post-delivery cancellations will not be accepted under any circumstances.
5. Cart Offers, Combo Packs & Discounted Orders
• If your purchase includes a cart offer, bundle deal, or promotional discount (e.g., Buy 1 Get 1,
combo packs, festival offers, etc.), the cancellation will apply to all items within that specific
promotional set.
• If any product(s) under the offer have already been delivered, cancellation for the remaining items
in the same offer will not be permitted.
6. Communication of Cancellation Status
• Mirana will communicate the status (approval or rejection) of your cancellation request via email
and/or SMS.
• Mirana reserves the right to reject a cancellation request if the product has already been shipped
or delivered.
7. Irreversibility of Cancellation Requests
• Once a cancellation request has been processed, it cannot be reversed or reinstated.
• To reorder the same item(s), a new purchase must be placed through the Platform.
8. Fraudulent or Abusive Cancellation
• Mirana reserves the right to deny cancellation requests or suspend accounts that show patterns of
misuse, excessive cancellations, or fraudulent behavior, as determined at Mirana’s sole discretion.
9. Policy Updates
• Mirana Global Private Limited reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Policy at any
time without prior notice.
• The version published on the Platform at the time of cancellation shall be deemed binding.
