Refund Policy for Cancelled and Returned Orders

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the process, conditions, and timelines governing refunds against cancelled or returned orders placed on the Mirana Global Private Limited (“Mirana”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) platform, website, or any official sales channel (collectively, the “Platform”).

By placing an order on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms herein.

1. Refund Timelines for Cancelled Orders
• For orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement and prior to dispatch, Mirana will initiate the refund within 24–48 business hours of receiving a valid cancellation request.
• If the cancellation is initiated after dispatch or the product is returned post-delivery, the refund will be processed only after the returned product(s) have been received and verified at Mirana’s warehouse.
• Refund timelines may vary slightly depending on the customer’s payment method and bank processing schedules.

2. Refunds Involving Coupons, Vouchers, or Promotional Offers
• Orders placed using discount codes, promotional offers, or cart-level deals (e.g., Buy 1 Get 1, combo offers, festival discounts) will not be eligible for reinstatement of such offers after cancellation.
• If a product purchased under an offer is cancelled or returned, the entire offer or combo will be void, and any associated discount value will be deducted from the refundable amount.
• Benefits derived from coupons or promotional codes will not be reissued or reused once the order is cancelled.

3. Mode of Refunds
• Prepaid Orders (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets):
Refunds shall be initiated to the original source of payment within 24–48 business hours of product verification at the warehouse.
Depending on your bank or payment gateway, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
Customers must share valid bank account details (account holder name, account number, IFSC code, and bank name) via email to support@mirana.in or mirana.india@gmail.com.
Upon verification, the refund will be initiated via bank transfer within 24–48 business hours of receiving both the returned product(s) and the bank details.
Funds may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect in the customer’s account.

4. Discount Voucher Usage and Refund Adjustments
• Discount vouchers, loyalty rewards, or promotional credits issued by Mirana are non-transferable and single-use only.
• If an order where a voucher was applied is cancelled or returned, that voucher shall be considered used and void.
• Such vouchers will not be reinstated or replaced, even if the cancellation or return is approved.

5. Deductions and Adjustments
• In cases where an order is cancelled after dispatch or rejected at delivery, two-way shipping charges (forward and return transit) may be deducted from the total refundable amount.
• For prepaid orders, these deductions will reflect in the final refund.
• If the product shows signs of usage, tampering, or damage not attributable to transit, Mirana reserves the right to reject the refund or deduct applicable depreciation value.

6. General Terms
• Refunds are subject to Mirana’s internal verification process and compliance with its Cancellation, Return & Shipping Policies.
• Mirana reserves the right to withhold or deny refunds for orders showing fraudulent activity, abuse of promotional offers, or non-compliance with product return guidelines.
• Mirana may amend or update this Policy at any time without prior notice, and the version published on the Platform at the time of refund shall be binding.
• In the event of a dispute or delay, Mirana’s decision shall be final and binding.
• All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.
