Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) governs the shipment and delivery of products purchased via the

Mirana Global Private Limited (“Mirana”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) platform, website, or any official sales

channel (collectively, the “Platform”) within India.

1. Shipping Charges for Cancellations or Rejected Orders

• For orders that are cancelled after dispatch and while in transit, or rejected upon delivery (in the

case of Cash on Delivery “COD” orders), shipping costs incurred for both forward and return transit

will be charged to the customer at actuals.

• For pre-paid orders, these charges will be deducted from the total refundable amount at the time

of processing the refund.

2. Delivery Timelines

• Domestic Delivery (within India): Orders are typically delivered within 7–14 business days from the

date of order confirmation, subject to the delivery location and other logistical factors.

• Delivery Hours: Deliveries will be made between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM on business days.

3. Delivery & Acknowledgement

• All orders require a signature upon delivery. If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery,

an alternate recipient (such as a family member, colleague, or neighbor) may sign on the

customer’s behalf.

• Mirana shall not be held liable for products signed for by any person other than the customer, nor

for any damage or loss occurring after the delivery has been completed and acknowledged.

• Customers must inspect the products upon delivery and report any shortages or damages to

Mirana Customer Support on the same day of delivery. Claims made after this period may not be

accepted.

4. Shipping Rates

• Shipping and handling charges may vary based on factors such as the product’s weight,

dimensions, packaging requirements, delivery location, and mode of transport.

• These charges, if any, will be clearly communicated at the time of checkout. Customers will be

informed of the applicable shipping charges prior to finalizing their purchase.

5. Returns and Replacements

• Returns can be initiated by contacting Mirana’s Customer Service.
